I took up Paytm Postpaid and my bill was due on 07th February, 2023. I paid it on 08th February, due to shortage of funds. I requested them to waive off late fee due to the same reason and they outright denied. Why do we even take up postpaid? TO manage expenses in excess of funds. This is how they trick people. I have Rs. 885 as late fee. It is a big amount for me.
