my name is harmanjeet singh and i’m from punjab i have jio number now my complaint against jio i was recharge on 29 march 2022 of rs.666 with redeem option and they give that time on any jio recharge 20% cashback in jio mart wallet which can we use with our next recharge but now they asking me you don’t have any balance in your jio mart wallet because jio now start validity on this kind of cashback balances so your balance has expired however they did’t tell me the time of validity, so sir please take a strickt action against them they doing fraud with his consumers , mera jo 133 rs balance thaa sara inho ne zabt kr liya yeh bolke k wo expire ho chuka hai jab k pehle mein usko use krke recharge krta raha hu
