my self akshay kapoor, previously i use the idea network but some good offers provided by jio so i was interested to port my current network to jio

costumer care  of jio has told me to clear all outstanding of your current netwirk then jio can port your no.

i submitted my all due to idea network, then after,  all confirmation about my last network due jio has been port my no.

but after one month idea raise some outstanding on me 175/- rs i dont know how

so jio has been stop my services due to my previous outstanding.

there was clear rule ,when i was interested to port my no to jio network, that all outstanding should be clear then jio can port my no

so why jio has  been stopped my services

i was not able to call any one

this is ridicules

i want that all my services should be start by immediate effect
