We have raised the complaint against iptv deactivation and changing of plan to previous plan… And asked for remaining refund amount on 23rd May… Then onwards my wife calling them daily and asking about the complaint status as I am busy.. every morning they are saying we call end of the day.. if calling evening telling will get call tomorrow.. but not responding… We also mentioned the team that we are going to file complaint against the pioneer service on 7th June but till now there is no action from their side… While asking to take the plan.. when we said we are busy also they used to message and call daily 3 or 4 times.. but now to clear the complaint there is not even a single call from that side
