Dear sir/madam,
This is mahalingam from chennai,tamilnadu,india.My idea postpaid mobile number: 7200013331.idea a/c no: 100054876273.past one year onwards i try my mobile postpaid to prepaid convert purpose.i visited idea outlet avadi,kattupakkam,annanagar but no one take complaint.when i go to outlet always they told come back tomorrow. When i comeback again tomorrow that time they told sever issue. See my billing history past 2years no one call made of my postpaid number but i made payment every month.somany times i put port but nobody take action. But this number i given my frienda,relations & office but now my number 7200013331. Deactivated. Kindly do the favour as soon as possible.my alternate number 9445900306
