Concerned authority,

I am writing a complaint in regards to the rising electricity bill. The electricity bill has been extremely high lately.

I know that I haveĀ not been using more electricity than beforeĀ and I have not been using any power-consuming large electrical appliances. Therefore, I believe there is a problem with my electricity meter.

I ask that you send someone from BEST engineer to come and inspect it as soon as possible so that I will not be overcharged again.
