I have a Postpaid connection of Vodafone having No. 7376985750. The Plan of this connection was of amounting Rs. 150 (Unlimited calls) plus applicable Taxes. Recently in the last bill of March, 2019, the company has changed my Plan to Rs. 298/- plus Taxes LESS Rs. 50/- for which I have not given any consent to change my existing Plan. In the past in February, 2019, I had received a SMS stating that ‘Congratulations, your plan have been updated…..” When I contacted your Customer Care Centre at Sanjay Place, Agra, the authorized person has denied to change my existing plan as it was my previous plan of Rs. 150/-. I had submitted a written complaint there for which I have not received any communication of action taken.
Please see into the matter and resolve WHY it has been done without my consent.
