I have ordered two sets of Shirts (combo offer) from Essentialsme through ‘cash on delivery’ mode. I have received one set of shirts (03 nos.) and I have also paid Rs. 1100/- (Rupees One thousand one hundred only) as ‘COD’ charges. However, when I opened the packets, it was not the ordered products, instead, they were old shirts. I have checked their website, but it is not reaching.
I am registering my complain against this website and its officials. Please arrange to refund my money.
