my name is mohd sameer yesterday i went to airtel store south extn because my sim was not working i made a request to change my sim the employee name (GAURAV SINGH) he attended me he doesnot have a manners how to talk to customer my wife was also with me his behaviour was rude extremely his words were (yaha beth ja & 50 rupay dekr jao) is this a way to talk to the customer while he is visiting store. i want an explanations on this as soon as possible or i will go to superior authority for this.
