I, Vivek Kr Sharma, Airtel DTH Customer ID 3019005738, would like to bring to your notice the unacceptable behavior of one of your engineer named Yogesh Sharma.
I had registered a complaint before in regards to the service (airtel Ref No. 2338709), to resolve which the above mentioned engineer was assigned to us.
I accordingly contacted him at the given number (9929825044) and was told that since he is out, he will help some time later. I contacted him again when he did not reach back to us in the stipulated time.
This time however, he was rude to me and stated that he won’t provide any service to us and that he would rather see what we can do if he doesn’t cater to us.
I am deeply disappointed with this behavior and would like to ask is this the customer service that was deserved by us. Our issue is still not solved and we even had to listen to a rude service provider.
I am bringing this to your notice so that you can take strict action against the engineer and also let your employees know proper customer service.
I would appreciate if our previous issue is resolved ASAP and that strict action is taken against the employee for being rude to us when he didn’t even do the job he was supposed to do.
I totally understand that the current situation is hard for all of us but we have been cooperative and understanding and deserve the same.
