Hi
I am Mukesh vanjara from Mumbai, Ghatkopar, Maharashtra
This regarding deduction of charages for services which I have not availed. Around Rs.16 deducted from my balance.when I spoke with customer care executive then he said the same will be refunded but still not. My out going calls are not working saying that NOT REGISTERED.
Even if dia led toll free number 9820098200 ,198,199 & 111 they gives just steps like preds this number press that number and then press 9 to connect customer care executive .post dialling 9 number again same repeat.
Please teach Vodafone a lesson. That’s all
