Dear Flipkart Customer Service,
I am writing to complain about the cancellation of my order without any delivery attempt. My order number is #OD428841761795828100.
I placed the order on August 09, 2023, and it was scheduled to be delivered on August 10, 2023. However, I did not receive any delivery attempt on that day. I checked my order status online and it showed that my order had been cancelled.
I am very disappointed with this outcome. I was really looking forward to receiving the product that I ordered. I also find it very unprofessional that Flipkart cancelled my order without even making a delivery attempt.
I would like to request that you investigate this matter and provide me my Product for my order. I would also like to know why my order was cancelled without any explanation.
I am a loyal Flipkart customer and I have never had any problems with your service in the past but now Flipkart Logistics has become worst in the country as on each and every product I placed in the last few months always gets delayed. I am hoping that this is just a misunderstanding and that you will be able to resolve this matter to my satisfaction.
