• On 17 may 2021, I ordered intel i5-3470 processor from Flipkart but when I received the on 24 may 2021 package from delivery boy after paying 4160 rupee cash . When I opened the package I see a broken piece of speaker. I didn’t get i5 3470 processor what I have ordered .
• when I called flipkart customer care for being farauded by flipkart seller named divit rao enterprise to return my money back he refuses and said that he would not refund my money instead of returning the package and delivering the right package
• I want to make a  complaint on such type of fraud seller and I  appeal cyber crime police to take a  strict action against such type of fraud seller and company
