Subject: Complaint about an unauthorized loan with wallet transaction.
Respected Sir/ Madam,
This is to inform you that my name is Sandip Kumar Mishra and I hold a Paytm account.
My UPI ID is 8210315070ra@paytm.
I am writing this to bring to your concern that on, an unauthorized loan is passed with an unauthorized transaction on my UPI ID: 8210315070ra@paytm.
Unauthorized Loan Details-
Lending company: Aditya Birla Finance Limited (ABFL).
Loan A/C No.: LXW-M09023-242483964
Loan Amount. : Rs. 57,042/-
Loan Date/Time: 18/05/2023 / 12:59 pm
Unauthorized Wallet Transaction Details-
1. – Transaction of 6,000/- was debited from my paytm post-paid account having transaction ID 153051714549523705865 / 4:35 pm, dated: 17/05/2023.
2. – Transaction of 10,000/- was debited from my Paytm wallet account having transaction ID 45875756098 / 2:34 pm, dated: 18/05/2023.
3. – Transaction of 10,000/- was debited from my paytm wallet account having transaction ID 45875785388 / 2:36 pm, dated: 18/05/2023.
4. – Transaction of 20,000/- was debited from my paytm wallet account having transaction ID 45875795548 / 2:37 pm, dated: 18/05/2023.
5. – Transaction of 10,000/- was debited from my paytm wallet account having transaction ID 45875827927 / 2:39 pm, dated: 18/05/2023.
6. – Transaction of 7,142/- was debited from my paytm wallet account having transaction ID 45875864498 / 2:41 pm, dated: 18/05/2023.
I beg to inform you that this loan and transaction were not carried out by me in any physical or online form. I am quite surprised to mention that this might be a fraudulent transaction.
I have registered my complaint on paytm complaint, but till now we have not received any proper reply. Complaint ID- 3303212754, 04/06/2023, 8:35 pm.
I request you to kindly stop all payments from my Paytm account till the date this issue is resolved and freeze my account for all online and offline transactions. Kindly, look into the matter of this problem. I shall be highly obliged for your kind support.
