I am an Airtel Postpaid user and due to COVID 19 am trying to convert my postpaid to prepaid. I called 198 number and first spoke to Priyanka from the postpaid department and she said she is not the right person to do it and transferred me to prepaid team
Then I spoke to Sangeeta (I believe) and as per her I have to visit the Airtel store to do that. I have clearly told everyone I lost my job and cannot pay a bill of 500-600 and need help and nobody seems to be helpful.
Also, I spoke to Mr. Shahid from the prepaid department who pretended to be a supervisor and gave me same excuse and transferred me to the postpaid department again and another person told me the same story.
I am telling them that next bill will not be paid as I am out of my job.
