We had made a purchase of a dress from rust Orange around a month back. The size that we got was smaller than what we had ordered. There was no option available for exchange therefore I had to return the product.Rust orange was supposed to refund the amount in my personal bank account. It has been 17 days that I mailed them regarding the refund, however, I still haven’t received my refund. It will not be out of place to mention here that there is a similar case on instagram,I am attaching a screen shot of the same.I believe that this company is fraud.K help in getting my money back.
