Hello,

I had raised a request to move my existing broadband (080 41748200) from Whitefield to my new address (T02 15 A, Pashmina Waterfront, Battrahalli). I have been getting texts since then from Airtel with several technician names and contact numbers to do the activation, but they never turn up. I called all of them. Some of them pick up the phone, while others don’t. Airtel has even disabled the option of speaking to someone to track my complaint. I do understand that there is shortage of staff due to Covid situation. They prompt to track complaint via Airtel app. This app is absolutely of no use. This only specifies my request number.
Frustrated with the situation, I opted to go for a new connection (CAF 1626173), for which I paid money yesterday, with an assurance that the connection will be provided by 6:00 pm. The agent came to my residence to collect documents, took my picture and made me transfer Rs. 2538 (Ref # 201807836763). He was insisting that I should go for 3 month subscription. I am fortunate that I did not go for it. After all the drama, as usual I get numbers of several technicians and no one turns up. I called up the Agent end number of times at +91 9880991404. But he never picks my call. I have planned for a police complaint against this agent for tomorrow anyways.
I have been working from home due to the covid situation and have to get into several conference calls all through the day. My son has his online classes happening because schools are closed.
I ask Airtel…. will I please get my line activated ever, or everyone in the org is Covid infected???? Or should I cancel your service and opt for ACT who is providing fiber to my home within few hours. Its just that I have been with Airtel for a long time, I don’t want to disrupt the services. However, if there is no choice I have to go with another provider.
In summary, I would need this connection issue to be fixed without any delay please.
