I order a food at zomato food was also arriver at my land mark but not at my location even gps shows but the delivery partner is not delivering the food to my door steps as i requestes him as i am in hostel i cant come out side can u give me my food but he says no way i should only come to pic up my order and aft customer care call me the agent is saying i ordered food at trichy and waiting in chennai this is the way the agent spoke
