Text of Complaint by vikash mishra:

I purchased the product through flip kart, and same was delivered.even i got the product damage and given the feedback.later on using the product for one day filled the return order.

delivery boy did not come to collect the order, and i made the call to flipkart assistant agent.
the name was ABOLA assisted me for the first time and said to cancell the return and do it after 24 hours.same was done and returning option closed from the page.
later on i made four times call to 24*7 support team and they got the query put me on hold and cut the call.

second complaint assistant agent: No Name
Third complaint assistant agent: Aditya
Fourth complaind assistant agent:Shikha

same was done from every one , and they did not resolve the issue.

my question is why to keep those people who do not handle the query, or erase the customer first policy from your flipkart page.

Kindly clear the message , r u interested to return it or waiting to returning period end.

nice and keep up the policy with these assistant team, who handle the query with the customer first segment policy.
