I purchased Excitel Broadband services 15 October 2019 then a man name Ankit Shrivastav came to me for collecting my documents he gave to me a registration receipt bill book it’s serial Number 196226. I also paid 2000 rupees. its good running 4 months after purchasing of 4 months I called Excitel Broadband executive Ankit Shrivastav for renew plans he sent a boy for collecting money of my new six months plan this boy was a local internet service provider in my area then he recharged my connection local someone else instead Excitel Broadband. I did not know about it at all. after one month of my six months plan Suddenly I get a call from Excitel Broadband caller said to me “Sir you did not recharge any plan” I was shocked but I told to him I already recharged my connection he cut the call then now after six months I also called Excitel Broadband executive Ankit Shrivastav and I told to him all history but he said to me I not provide excitel Broadband services in your are and he cut the my call .then I call 03 September 2020 to excitel Broadband customer care and I also told all about whole stories. After hearing a lot, he filed my complaint and he gave to me a ticket number 4044179 but after 11 days nobody call to me and nobody came to me for solving my problems In this case, I talked about my complaint several times and I also went your excitel Broadband local regional partner in kanti nagar east Delhi and I continued call customer care but nobody took action please solve my problems immediately as soon as possible
