Text of Complaint by Pradeep Singh:

Hi My Name is Pradeep Singh and I’m working with HT Media. This Email is regarding your representative who did misbehave with me, His Name is Amarjeet Yadav ( V5 Global Services Pvt Ltd ) and his Employee Code ID is V5/149366 . He talking  behavior was vary rude and aggressive, which I don’t like it at all and also he did false commitment with me. I’m telling you my story, I was interested for Airtel Wifi connection and therefore I called one of your representative ( Amarjeet Yadav ) in Gorakhpur (UP) . I took airtel wifi connection on 7th of May and I paid around Rs 2900 for 100 MBPS speed with 3 months recharge. He committed me to install my wifi connection within 72 Hours after payment, he gave me assurance and bases on that commitment I paid my money to Airtel . On 10th of may or may be on 11 May he supposed to install my wifi connection, before that I had never bother him for anything but when I realize, there is no progress on my wifi Installation, then I took step to call your support team and to Amardeep Yadav. After that Amardeep start ignoring my call and when I had word with Amardeep on whats app, he replied me vary rudely and very aggressively which I don’t like it . He also commit me that I don’t have to pay any extra hidden cost for anything but now one of the Installation team member told me that I have to pay 8 Rs per metter extra cost after using of 120 Mt wire which I already discussed and clear with Amardeep, that I’m not going to pay any extra wire cost or any kind of hidden charge, once he agree with that then I did my biggest mistake in my life to trust on Amardeep Yadav words who is the valuable employee of Airtel Xtream and based on Amardeep Yadav commitment and guarantee I paid my money to Airtel and Now when I need my wifi connection, Amardeep irrespectfully telling me to disconnect my services from airtel and also blackmailing me that he is not going to install my wifi router and connection, Now I don’t know what to do or not to do because I’m a working professional and I need strong wifi speed with unlimited data and now I don’t have that facility. I even booked my Train ticket from Delhi to my home town Gorakhpur based on Amardeep commitment but now as Amardeep told me that he is going to cancel my subscription and now I can’t even cancel my ticket because it is a Tatkal ticket and for that ticket cancellation there is no refund policy. now I don’t know what to do or not to do. which is why I have decided to take strict action against  Amardeep Yadav, He is working with Airtel  in Gorakhpur (UP) branch and currently handling PAC Camp, Bicchiya site area. Now for all only Airtel is responsible, why he is hired such kind of rude and full on ego and attitude kind of employee in such a big brand in Airtel. Now either Airtel refund my Wifi Connection amount and my Train Ticket amount and 100000 Rs compensation for my inconvenience or I’ll take Legal action against Airtel and I’ll also Highlight this issue in all the social media platform that how Airtel representative handling his valuable customer, and I’m going to escalate this issue on Airtel  higher authority, it could be Airtel VP, AVP, CEO, CFO, VP, Zonal Head, Head, Senior Manager everywhere and also I’m going to register my complain in consumer forum. Take Step ASAP against Amardeep Yadav or else I’m going to do everything which I have mentioned in this complain.
