My order no. Is 6140753877 & my order tracking number is 2141410427162. I cancelled my order on 15th October from paytm. Its been a week but they are not refunding my amount. They are saying that courier service has picked my order and when product will complete its return journey then they will refund my amount. On the other side, courier parteners are saying that merchant has not shipped my product to them so where is my product and when it will complete its return journey and when I will get my refund. I called paytm service so many times but they are not answering my calls, neither replying my text messages. They charge so much when calling customer care and then they do not answer the calls but keep charging. Please take a strict action against them and make them refund my money .
