Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Balmukand, Contact number 9910128416, I was suppose to use paytm last seven to eight years.
There is a query regarding the order placed but not delivered it was dt 4th Nov 2020, it has been partially delivered but one sweet box not delivered, and in portal it showing delivered.
So this is to inform you , I have submitted my feed back as well for the same that it has not delivered to me, also intimated the same whenever I got the call from your collection representative, In the all call and all collection representative confirmed yes they will take care of of it, but as of now it still pending to resolve.
There is two thigs now first is order refund and second is penalty charges, If the error happened from your side than what is the reason for penalty charges, yes I am always ready to make the payment but first you have to resolve both the issue.
Please note If I have intimated my concerned very clearly than what is the reason, your collection representatives are making my mental harassment with sending a message for payment. If you wish to close the issue than definitely you have to take care to my valid concerned, please note here I am requesting to resolve it on or before end of April 2021.So That I can make balance payment as early as possible.
