Text of Complaint by Shayan vaghasiya:

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the non-delivery of my order, placed on 15th October 2023, with the order ID [OD329422697308468100] And [OD329422697308468100] on Flipkart.

According to the provided delivery timeline, the product was supposed to be delivered on 26th October 2023. However, to my dismay, the item has not been received today.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to delays, but the lack of any communication or update regarding the status of my order has been extremely disappointing. I rely on Flipkart for timely and efficient service, and this experience has left me dissatisfied.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter and provide me with a detailed explanation of the reason for the delay. Additionally, I would appreciate a revised delivery estimate as soon as possible.

I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly. I value the services provided by Flipkart and hope that this incident is an isolated one.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
