I am unable to transfer money from my paytm wallet to my bank account. At First, Although i have done my KYC it was showing that my KYC is not done.After,it was showing add benificiary, my account is already a benificiary in paytm. After I am unable to get any OTP for money transfer. I have tried several times after few attempts it was showing OTP limit reached. Customer care services are not responding.This is a very bad way of treating a customer.Did paytm think we are fools to waste our time in waiting for their executives to pick up our calls.
