Image Uploaded by Charles R:Before covid pandemic ive just ordered a product in onshop deals..Due to pandemic the order is delayed and ive just initiated a refund.Ive called customer service multiple times,and ive messaged in whatsapp no response as of now..they are just saying that the refund will be credited within 24 hrs for the past 2 months..kindly take action regarding this and teach them a lesson not to play with people money
