For assistance contact: 0120 4880880 .i contacted operator but he did not only msg but also not any call. I asked him for bus no but he say we have send all details. They will call me but I did not got ang msg and call regarding bus no . Finally I called paytm customer care for bus number and operator response but they say call operator again I called operator but they didn’t respond and finally for me it was difficult to wait more there on midnight at 11:55 pm. So I took new ? then I traveled to Jaipur . I call paytm for this n demand for my refund but I got answers from pyatm that operator has denied that he traveled with me. I asked them to provide bus details n timing of bus and still I am waiting for response of details like bus number timing n sleeper number on which bus operator is saying.
Please provide solutions of my problems and my refund
