I have an active monthly subscription plan of ₹1000. However, to my shock, the bill generated for the month of April amounts to ₹2500. Upon reviewing the bill, I noticed that additional charges have been levied under “installation,” which is completely unjustified and unacceptable, as no installation or additional service was requested or carried out from my end.
This clearly indicates either a billing error or unauthorised charge application, which raises serious concerns about the transparency and integrity of the billing process.
