This is Shivakumar from Bangalore ordered 2 Chapati Meals at LV Venkateshwar Jolada Rotti Oota on 25th Sep, 2020 at 08:18pm.
We opened the food and came to know that there is only one Chapati meal instead of 2 meals. We as a family, very much disappointed and frustrated with this shocking service.
This is completely false of the Shop owner and Zomato, Valet who handled this. We are working since morning today and due to heavy office work pressure did not had whole day food and now we finished our work and planning to have food and we were very hungry to have food.
Once we opened the parcel and this is what made me shocked. Now in this time what we have to eat and where we will get food???
I am escalating this issue with the food authority and consumer forum. Its hell of my life and fed up of i your service.
