Complained on 20th april 1st time as my tataplay remote is not working properly ..talked with customer care executive 7 times and senior executive 3 times..promised technician visit 2 times but no visit till date…1st complain got cancel automatically on 30th april 22 without technician visit..complain raised again on 1st may..more promises by senior executive to resolve complain in 24 hours since lat 3 days…no visit till time. mailed 3 times to tata play..
Looks like no one is bother to resolve complain seriously.
