Text of Complaint by Ritik Kant:

When I saw my bill generated with overcharged while calculating my bill via seen through transaction
option after that I raised a complian request regarding
overcharged bill but haven’t got resolution from them . So, I
Was waiting for the resolution but no one was getting my issues and giving me resolution only all colleagues called me to pay the bill when I shared my issues regarding overcharged bill then they said go and check transaction option but I responded that I have already calculated my bill via transaction but the bill had been generated with overcharged not the same amount which I used and also i
was unable to download the email statement so that i could see the bill statement as I told them regarding this issue then some colleagues said wait I will give your transaction statement within 10 minutes but no one called me to give resolution everytime they called for due /pending payment as well as everytime I shared this that i will pay the generated bill but firstly resolve my issue of downloading the bill statement but still for them didn’t matter and taken for granted the customer as they were ignoring my issue that’s mean only matter for them was bill no one had taken any action against which i was facing
just like that some colleagues told me to called paytm
customer care to get the resolution regarding downloading
Bill statement as same as also same response from paytm
customer care I can’t resolve this issue of paytm Postpaid. I did chat to them and shared this issues as someone
was saying something as same as someone was saying
something. They were not providing the services to me So that i could get the resolution but for them was only bill matter instead of providing the services.They were always calling to harras me to pay the bill soon but still no one were taking to handle my issue only for them is bill matter not the customer’s issues.Due to them, late fee bill had been generated.Kindly , Please take a legal action against them asap so that i could get the resolution.I hope that You will understand my concern and give me resolution ASAP.
