I ordered my product on 6th Dec 2018 and that was supposed to get delivered by 8th Dec.
But still they have not delivered it.
When I raised this concern with Flipkart Support team, they informed me that your product got damaged by their Elogistic delivery partner. Now you have to cancel your order and again order new one if you want that product to get deliver to you.
Now my concern is i ordered that product during the Flipkart Sale that means at that time the price of the product was less than at present. Why should i cancel it i don’t know because it was not my fault.
Please help me with this because this is not the right way to resolve. Right Now I am getting this feeling that someone has cheated with me.
