It’s almost 1 week they haven’t initiated my refund from their side.
On 8th October I ordered (( iQOO 9 Phoenix 8GB 128GB 5G , android phone from IQOO official website , iqoo.com)) with full pre payment of ((RS. 24990 from SBI BANK CREDIT CARD)) , and on 11Th October I got a mail from them that , My order is cancelled because it went out of stock ..
So they told that they will initiate my refund within 24-48 hrs and maximum 72 hrs.
So since then I called them and emailed them several times requesting them to initiate my refund because I am in an emergency.
But they didn’t listen to me and now it’s almost 1 weeks and still they are telling that they need more time.
I am helpless , So I need help from You now , Please Help me out.
I am attaching the Screen shot of their email that they sent to me after cancelling my order, After many emails I have sent and received but every time they give me a timeline of 24-48 hrs to wait.
