It’s almost 3 weeks they haven’t initiated my refund from their side.
On 25th September I ordered ((Iqoo neo 6 5g , android phone from IQOO official website , iqoo.com)) with full pre payment of ((RS. 26,000 from HDFC BANK CARD)) , and on 27th September I got a mail from them that , My order is cancelled because it went out of stock ..
So they told that they will initiate my refund within 24-48 hrs and maximum 72 hrs , and suddenly I was in need of money on the fifth day after cancellation due to medical condition .
So since then I called them and emailed them several times requesting them to initiate my refund because I am in an emergency.
But they didn’t listen to me and now it’s almost 3 weeks and still they are telling that they need more time.
I am helpless , So I need help from You now , Please Help me out.
I am attaching the Screen shot of their email that they sent to me after cancelling my order , Since there is no option to share multiple images , so I am sharing only the first image , but after that it’s almost 25 emails I have sent and received but every time they give me a timeline of 24-48 hrs to wait.
Worst service by iqoo..i also didnt get cashback for ordering through their website…their cashback seems like scam..
