I just order 2 paired of Shoes from flipkart and 1 paire is faulty colour damage after that i raised a return request and request was cancel by saller again and again
They said there is no evidence of faulty however i have the proof
Somehow flipkart arrange a return by harassing me 7 to 10 days
And that was genuine return and now Flipkart block my account
Thing is that i have purchased history of almost 7 to 6 years and buy costly product like iphone 13 so i do not have the access to the flipkart account
I have paylater account as well
So i am not able to download my invoice as well as paylater details related to order.
And also requested flipkart to unblock my account lot of time however every time they cancel the request.
So i would like to raise a consumer request againt flipkart.
Because i wanted to download the invoice history of my products
