Dear team,
My number is not working from 15-01-2022.
Today 18-02-2022, i visited at local Airtel store and they told to change the SIM card and will be activated after 4 hours. Again i visited due to not activated after 4 hours. They again checked in syatem and asked for documents of my father as number is registered in the name of father. I have never given any single documents of my father then how it is possible?
Also they told to submi my and my father’s both aadhar card to update the same number from father’s name to my name and it will take 8-10 days.
I have never submitted documents of my father then how the number is registered in my father’s name?
How it’s possible and why customer suffer this type of error of airtel???
Also why I bear all free services which i have received after paying the fees?
