To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to file a complaint against Skill Lync and Eduvanz Finance for their fraudulent practices related to my enrollment in the data analytics course. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the way both companies have treated me, and I am seeking a resolution to this matter as soon as possible.
Firstly, I would like to highlight that Skill Lync promised me a quality education, job placement, and an internship opportunity with a monthly stipend of ₹10000 after three months of completing the course. However, after enrolling in the course and completing several modules, I realized that the course was not up to my expectations, and it would not help me achieve my career goals.
Secondly, I would like to bring to your attention that Skill Lync and Eduvanz Finance offered me a loan of ₹150000 to finance my education. However, when I lost my job due to the pandemic situation and informed Skill Lync about my financial difficulties, they did not provide me with any assistance or support.
Moreover, I was forced to continue with the course and pay the loan EMI despite not finding it useful, and they even kept pressurizing me to complete the course. Skill Lync and Eduvanz Finance have taken advantage of my vulnerable financial position and have committed fraud by not providing me with the promised services.
I have tried to contact both Skill Lync and Eduvanz Finance to resolve this issue, but they have not responded to my requests. I feel that I have been cheated and misled, and I want a full refund of the loan amount paid by me along with the course fees.
I request you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Skill Lync and Eduvanz Finance for their fraudulent practices. I hope that my complaint will be addressed promptly, and I look forward to receiving a resolution to this issue.
