My vodafone mobile No. 9331432892, today 30-09-2109 I known that my mobile balance (Rs. 49/-) deducted for services activation which is activated automatically on 27-09-19 from vodafone. I called vodafone customar care for my deduction balance they have told me that this deduction is passed 24 hours, so this balance will not be refunded. I suffered this problem several time and everytime complained customer care and they have refund my deduction amountI suferred.
I want to ledge a complain against fodafone because i am facing lot of financially harassment.
I request you to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action against vodafone.
