Text of Complaint by Sriyadash:

I ordered Noise pulse 2 MAx from Amazon on 06-june-2023 and received it on 9-june-2023. When I Opened it was Empty.
As i said i ordered it on 06-june-2023, i observed Even after 3-4 days the packaging glue was sticky & stretchy.
So, I called Amazon customer care as soon(in 5 minutes after delivery) as i got my parcel & raised a Complaint About my order.
Amazon Customer Executive told me to contact them back in 5 days. they will have to escalate it to some other team and do an investigation.
but, I kept calling daily to know the status of my Complain. After 4 and half days, there was no update on the status of my Complain.
so, I contacted Amazon after 5 days & they said that our Amazon investigated but didn’t refunded any amount or replacement.
