i am punjab govt. employee. I bought a new number 8054985078 from yours vi mini store( Char vi, Dhakki Pathankot Distt. Pathankot punjab in december 2020.
with 199 govt employee plan. Ater pay first bill I saw the bill was attached with 299 . I complained it Char vi mini store.He said he changed the plan 299 to 199 but view next bill plan 299 still stand. . I complained it Char vi mini store again, He said he do something but nothing. After few day Mr. Kundal owner of char vi store received rs 300/- from me say don’t worry your problem should be solve next day. But the next day my out going call closed. I complained many time the upper store but he could not help me. Now the company block my sim. I am very disappoint service. Please help me.
