Text of Complaint by Neeraj Jain:

At 10/09/2020 I have changed my airtel plan from 8 mbps to 16 mbps, and when I am not getting speed as per the plan I have raised the service request for this issue.
At 11/09/2020 morning a technical person came and he checked the issue and he told me the max speed in my location is 10mbps only and he will check with the operation team and he will let me know if speed can increase.
 Same day(11/09/2020) I got a call from the airtel vidisha office and that person talked very rudely.
He said in my location the max speed is 2 mbps and if I am getting 10mbps then this is more than enough for me, and I will not get more than this with my plan. I asked when I called 121 support that time they mentioned my area is supporting 16mbps, for this he said whatever speed I am getting that should be enough for me and don’t expect more than this otherwise speed will become 4 mbps and if you are not satisfied with speed you can close the connection. and when I told him I will complain for you, he said do whatever you want to do.
