Text of Complaint by Rahul Mane:

Sir,

I ordered the product for my son on the Diwali festival occasion.
Flipkart delivered the wrong product to me and after that, I called customer care regarding this issue on 16th October, they promised me they will provide the correct replacement on 19th October.
On 19th October they collected an earlier deliver product and initiated replacement without informing me or without my concern.
Flipkart has wasted our time, and now we are unable to arrange a dress for my son due to the short time.

1. Flipkart break our trust by delivering the wrong product which is having a lesser price than the ordered one.

2. Flipkart customer care executive given a false promise to us regarding a replacement. and wasted our time.

3. Finally, after explaining our issue to the customer care executive they not given us satisfactory solutions.

4. Unnecessary Flipkart wasted our time.
How Flipkart will compensate for it???

5. Flipkart is doing business during our festivals and earning lots of money. Then why not provide satisfactory services?
