with due respect, I am Mahima Chaudhari. I search job on internet for a data entry form filling job work from home . On 13 October 2020 I got call on my no. Regarding form filling job work from home. Company name:- technocraft solution, gujrat. The agent who call me name is Siddharth Patel his phone no. And watsapp no. Is 7265999870. Work was to completed total 700 forms in  7 days . After that they call me by some random varification department & I agree on it. Then they send me agreement paper through PDF on my ‘spam’ email box. But on that Fraud agreement paper there is no signiture of mine. At that time I doubt that it is fraud company. But I  was not confirmed so I started my work. I completed my work on time as per company policy. After that I submitted my work after some time I got message as per that company QC report fail and then I got mail from some adv. Rahul Krishnan. Threatening about the legal case will be imposed on me. I tried to explain everything on call very clearly. But he refused to listen me on anything. Her phone no is  9726335569.  Again on 27 October 2020 I got call from another one advocate and he send me legal notice on my mail pay to huge amount of money as a fine and changes with ther account no. 50523657448 and IFSC code ALLA0210522. Allahabad bank. And he says me this amount pay before 3.45pm on 23 October 2020. And I will pay 7510 RS on this account no. Because of mental pressure. With the help of googal pay app. And payment proof also send to her email.id [email protected]. after that he send me mail form confarmation on payment I agree form this but after that he again call me and say you interested to continue your agreement you will pay 15000 in advance for company’s security and not interested to pay 25000 for breck the bond. This 25000 amount pay online payment and offline payment will pay 1 lakh something. I am mentally harassed so I completed to complaint court.com site. I come from midal class family so to make some income for may family I agree on this job. But unfortunately I didn’t have any idea that company technocraft solution located in Gujarat would be Fraud. Along with company lawyer is also fake. They have just not done with me this fraud scame.   So sir. I request to you take strict action against them who play & scam with those innocent people.
