The complaint is against StarQuik app.
They list the items and take the orders online. But when the time comes for delivery they don’t deliver the products and give unwanted reasons like its out of stock.
But when we check they still keep on selling all the items with increased price.
When we question them on their unexpected behavior they say we will not be able to reschedule the order with same price and also not ready to wave off the price difference when re-ordered.
This incident had taken place with me multiple times so I decided to cancel entire order and asked them to refund my amount. I have created multiple tickets on their website and sent email to customer care as well. They have not replied me even single time. I tried their customer care but it is not working.
I want a strick actions to be taken on them.
