I was purchased one gift voucher for my mother in 15 July 2019 at 5.30pm but voucher amount is not showing in my mother accounts (i.e 8579863163)till now ,and I have already complained on Paytm & they were given me to complaint no (i.e 135689730) but they couldn’t solve my problem till now…
Whenever I call to Paytm, they asking my all details like bank details, transaction no, oder number etc…
And they instructed to me that you do this & that.
I informed that I have been following this guild lines & instructions from two months but issue not resolved till now.
So request you to please do the needful action.
