My order number is 7917391386 i booked ticket on paytm on 10 april 2019 and my journey date is 18 april when on this day 18 april i started journey on the way bus was breakdown i complain against depo manager he says you set yor journey your ticket rupee is refund then i complain in paytm but 10 days there are no response from them so plzz help me
