Text of Complaint by VANARAJ PK:

I have booked a ticket from Madurai to Tirupati in Indigo Airlines for the month of March 31 2023.I have booked the ticket on 7th of November 2022 and my ticket status was confirmed and now i received the notification via E-mail & Message that my ticket was cancelled due to operational reason and later i made a call to my booking website Cleartrip and they connected the call to the respective airlines and they said our flight was cancelled and they said we reschedule the flight and you want to pay additional 7000Rs.I said no i couldn’t pay the fault was by your side and that was not by my side then immediately again one notification received that your journey was confirmed by Indigo and again i made a call to the respective airlines and they said no the flight was cancelled I don’t know what was happening I want to travel in the same date if any alternative date was changed why should i want to pay. kindly do the needful.
