I ordered Apple ipad Air (5th gen) 256 GB ROM 10.9 inch on 17th July. My order I’d is OD428642065946958100.But I received wrong product on 19th July I received 64GB I pad in place of 256GB.Wishmaster asked otp first then he opened box.When he opened box color and features are same but ROM is differ.Because I ordered 256 GB ROM but I received 64 GB. When I returned it wishmaster,he refused me to return.He said to me to complain at Flipkart customer support.There is no invoice in the box.when I download invoice from my order page, I found that the IMEI NUMBER mentioned on bill is same which is mentioned on 64Gb box which I received.THE IMEI NO.OF 256GB WHICH IS MENTION ON BILL IS AS SAME AS MENTION ON 64 GB WHICH I RECEIVED.So it appear it is a fraud.
I request you to replace my product and send me correct product which I ordered.so please send me 256 GB Ipad in place of 64 GB.
I am attaching all proofs which prove that Flipkart deliver me wrong product.
