Text of Complaint by AVI SINGHAL:

I HAD PLACED AN ORDER ON 2ND MAY-2021 ON FLIPKART FOR MY KID I.E. A SLIDEĀ  ( ORDER ID – OD121675717220626000), WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER ME BY 08-MAY-21 . BUT TILL NOW I HAVN’T RECIEVE THE SAME. ALL THE TIMES THEY ARE EXTENDING THE DELIVERY DATE AND SAY WILL UPDATE , AS CHANGED FROM 08 TO 10, 10 TO 14, 14 TO 17 , 17 TO 20 MAY. EVERY TIME I USED TO CALL THEM THEY SAY DIFFERENT THINGS, ONE EXECUTIVE SAY DUE TO LOCKDOWM WE HAD DELAYED IT, SOME SAYS WE WILL 500RS COUPON IN COMPENSATION WITHOUT ASKING, SOME SAYES WE HAVN’T SAID THIS, SOME SAE WE HAVE CUSYOMER COMPLAINT EMAIL ID , SOME SAYS NO EMAIL EXIST, THEY EVEN DISCONNECT THE CALL MANY TIME
