This is regarding DTDC Tracking No. – X67723496 which is booked 06th Aug’20 in priority service but till today I’ve not received the same, neither their customer care team replying me with the correct status.
On Aug. 11th I noticed they mentioned – RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE – then I chase them that neither anyone contacted me in my Mob No nor I requested any such thing.
Immediately, the very next day the mentioned Address Problem. However, the address is correct and all our parcel/courier comes in this same address without any issues.
I raised complain with DTDC but till now there is any update from them.
Now, when I’m calling DTDC customer care no. they are not picking my call even after keeping the call on hold for 15 minutes.
But I can able to contact customer care agent from another mobile no in less than 10 minutes.
So this is sufficient to understand that, they are harassing me intentionally & deliberately any updating false excuse in status.
